Our Two Focuses

Conflict Management

To represent our clients in corporate and private foundation or trust litigation cases with virtuosity is one of our firm’s core competences...

Conflict Avoidance

…on one hand. On the other, in order to prevent disputes from arising in the first place, we apply our knowledge and experience on how a situation may come into conflict.

Conflict Management

Conflicts are inevitable. Our mission is to solve them in a smart way, which requires both excellent strategy planning and the skill of thinking ahead. We analyse the facts of each case with the highest diligence and competence, we develop working strategies for our clients and we help them to come to the desired solution.

The end does justify the means. But of course not always, and not all means whatsoever. However, it very well defines them. If it becomes necessary to assert our clients’ rights, these may be the fine scalpel of juristic argumentation, metaphorically. Where required, sometimes the use of the heavy battle axe can be appropriate as well. Success has proven us right. We are proud of our victory rates that range notably above average when it comes to prevailing before court.

We cultivate our culture of conflict management. It is to fight for our clients honourably, to secure and enforce their rights with expertise and strength – these are some of our areas of excellence.

Conflict Avoidance

The best strategy remains, of course, not to get into a conflict in the first place. As a law firm that is deeply acquainted with controversies and litigation, we have travelled many a bumpy road for our clients and we know the dangers that complex transactions may bring with them.

Our clients expect us not only to solve their present legal problems but also to keep future problems away from them. Our accurate planning and diligently worded contracts help to avoid all potential conflicts.

We therefore use all our expertise to set up a secure legal framework that covers all possible eventualities and permits the utmost planning reliability.
